The Encounter is designed for leadership retreats, strategic planning sessions, team alignment work, facilitated workshops, executive meetings, and other gatherings that require focus, collaboration, and meaningful conversation.
How many people can the space accommodate?
The conference setup accommodates up to 12 people with additional seating surrounding the conference table. Our main room can accommodate groups of up to 30 people. We can help determine the best layout for your group size and agenda.
Will our group have the entire space?
Yes. Every rental includes private access to the full venue, including the main room, conference room, breakout areas, kitchenette, and private office.
Can the space be configured for our agenda?
Yes. The main room can be arranged in several layouts, including circle, audience, cocktail-style, and more. We will work with you to choose the setup that best supports your retreat, strategy session, or workshop.
What technology and facilitation tools are included?
The space includes two large displays, Polycom technology for hybrid participation, expansive whiteboard walls, flipcharts, markers, Post-its, and other facilitation supplies.
Are food and beverages provided?
Coffee, tea, sparkling water, sodas, water, and snacks are included. You are also welcome to bring in catering, and we can provide nearby recommendations as well as help with delivery, setup, and tear down of meals.
Is parking available?
Yes. The Encounter is conveniently located in Blue Ash on Carver Woods Drive and includes free, easy-access parking for your guests.
Is someone available to support us during the day?
Yes. An on-site host is available to support setup, technology, transitions, and the general flow of your day. Facilitation services are available separately and can be discussed based on your needs.
